Planning & pricing
What does a project usually cost?

Projects generally start at $2,500 and can range to $100,000 or more. Scope, production complexity, locations, and the number of deliverables all affect the budget. We tailor the estimate to your project and agree on what’s included before we begin.

How long does delivery take?

Turnaround typically ranges from one to four weeks, depending on complexity. More complex productions or larger sets of deliverables can take longer. We tailor the schedule to the project and confirm timing as part of the scope.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes. Our home base is Phoenix, Arizona, and we serve clients across North America. We plan around your location, the conditions on the ground, and the content you need to capture.

What if we don’t know what kind of video we need?

That’s a good place to begin a discovery call. We work through the audience, business goal, message, and intended use, then help shape the strategy, concept, script, and production plan around them.

Production & capabilities
Do you do drone work?

Yes. We can include aerial cinematography when it strengthens the story and the location and operating requirements allow it.

Can you work with an LED wall?

Yes. We can plan productions around LED wall and virtual-production environments when they offer the right creative or logistical advantage.

Do you cover conferences and events?

Yes. We can capture keynotes, sessions, interviews, recaps, photography, and modular content designed to keep working after the event ends.

Can you handle strategy and scripting, too?

Yes. We can lead from strategy through ideation, scripting, production, and post — or support a specific stage alongside your internal team or agency.

Can you handle production only, or work with our agency?

Yes. We can capture video and photography for your internal team or agency to edit, or take responsibility for the full production. Our ServiceTitan customer workshops are one example of production-only work supporting both horizontal videos and vertical Shorts.

Can one shoot provide several videos and photos?

Yes. We can plan a shoot around a main film, shorter edits, alternate hooks, horizontal and vertical versions, photography, and a B-roll library. We define those uses before production so we can capture the material each deliverable needs.

Editing, delivery & ownership
Can you help with YouTube publishing?

We offer limited rollout support including title and description guidance and thumbnail creation. We’ll define the exact scope around your project and team.

How many rounds of edits are included?

For a normal project scope, we typically include up to three rounds of edit revisions. The exact allowance and review process are agreed for your project; changes to the original scope can affect the budget or schedule.

Do we own the raw footage and photos?

Yes—clients own their raw footage and photos. We’ll define the delivery format and handoff arrangements around your project, alongside any edited videos or photos included in the scope.

What does post-production include?

Depending on your scope, we can handle editing, sound design, music mixing, titles and graphics, color grading, and delivery versions for different platforms. We can also support a specific part of post-production if you already have footage or an editing team.
