Capture the customer perspective while everyone is together.
ServiceTitan held two customer workshops at its headquarters, one week apart. The production opportunity was to capture customers’ experiences while they were together, and gather footage that could support more than one finished asset.
02 / Production scope
Video at both workshops. Photography at one.
Occulus Films handled production only for this series. We captured video across both workshop shoots and event photography at one of the two events. Editing and the finished videos were outside Occulus’s production scope.
03 / The content library
Customer stories in horizontal and vertical formats.
The supplied footage was used in public ServiceTitan videos about roofing gross profit, day-to-day operations, CRM tools, switching roofing software, spreadsheets, and customer buy-in. The portfolio collection brings together three horizontal videos, three Shorts, selected event photography, and behind-the-scenes images.

Six public examples from two shoots.
The current public collection contains six examples: three horizontal videos and three vertical Shorts. Together, they show how one production engagement can support multiple customer-story and product-marketing assets.
The material from these events was also used at a massive, multi-thousand attendee conference. This conference is a head lead generator and converter for ServiceTitan, proving that this content can be leveraged to great results.
